CONTENT ACCOUNT MANAGER

ebow’s Client Service department works with clients across Ireland, Europe and the US, through offices in Dublin, Manchester and Philadelphia. The Client Service department is integral to the agency / client relationship that sits at the core of our ability to deliver brilliant work.
Our Account Managers are expected to play key client facing roles that combine building personal relationships with delivering profitable digital work. ebow are now looking for an Account Manager with 2 years+ agency experience to create and implement effective content strategies on behalf of our clients.
You will report into the Managing Director and will work primarily across several of our key US client accounts, as well as national campaigns.
You will be responsible for managing day to day activity including strategic and creative content development, inclusive of copywriting for SEO / web, copywriting for social media, email management and digital marketing implementation.
You will be expected to demonstrate an ability to work across the nuances of international markets while delivering for the agency commercially through ideation and effective project and client management.
You will also be creatively driven, thrive on working to tight deadlines within a collaborative team environment and have an attitude that looks to exceed expectations at every opportunity.
Qualifications – Bachelors’ Degree in a relevant field of Communications.
Experience – 2+ years experience within an agency environment with an international client base. US experience a distinct advantage.
Account & project management–through experience gained at another agency.
Copywriting skills–through experience gained in creating effective and engaging client content for digital platforms, inclusive of social media channels.
Communication skills– must have exceptional written, face-to-face and telephone communication skills.
Digital understanding– a genuine passion for digital channels but more importantly an understanding of how these channels can be best leveraged to deliver ROI for our clients.
Digital systems– a hands-on knowledge of Magento & WordPress CMS systems is essential to the role.
Social channels– proficient in hands-on delivery of Facebook and Instagram content for clients, inclusive of content creation, content set up and community management.
People management– positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Organisation & attention to detail– absolute attention to detail, highly organised and focused on the quality of work with an attitude to exceed expectations at every opportunity.
Problem solving– ability to independently solve problems while being flexible to meet tight deadlines.
Embracing change– deep understanding and passion for the change happening in digital marketing.
The role will be offered on a full time basis (37 hours per week) with an annual salary of €30,000. This role is based at ebow HQ, 1 Castle Street, Dublin 2. It is expected that, where required, the Account Manager will be available to work to US client hours, be that East or West Coast time.
