JOB SPECIFICATION: SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

We pride ourselves on providing our clients with a strong and creative digital presence, through strategy, positioning and production. ebow’s Client Services department drives the integral agency / client relationship that sits at the core of our ability to deliver the work.
The Senior Account Manager is expected to play key client facing roles that combine building personal relationships with delivering profitable digital work. You will report into the Account Director and will work across two or three of our key agency clients in addition to some smaller clients.
You will be responsible for managing day to day activity including strategic and creative development, liaising with the internal studio, project management and search & performance departments as well as digital marketing implementation.
Key to this will be demonstrating an ability to deliver for the agency commercially.
You will also be creatively driven, thrive on working within a collaborative team environment and have an attitude that looks to exceed expectations at every opportunity.
Commercial management – ability to work towards and manage commercial KPIs including turnover targets, operating revenue targets, profitability metrics and performance metrics.
Account management – through experience gained over a three to five year period at another agency.
Digital – a genuine passion for digital channels but more importantly an understanding of how these channels can be best leveraged to deliver ROI for our clients.
Communication skills – exceptional written, face-to-face and telephone communication skills.
People management – positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Organisation & attention to detail – absolute attention to detail, highly organised and focused on the quality of work with an attitude to exceed expectations at every opportunity.
Problem solving – ability to independently solve problems while being flexible to meet tight deadlines.
Embracing change – deep understanding and passion for the change happening in marketing.
